The collaborative community partnership which aims to address many of the unmet needs includes the Boys & Girls Club of Rochester, Child Care Resource &Referral Head Start, & Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc. Migrant Head Start. These three organizations have come together in a mutual commitment to provide a continuum of service to the children and families in the Rochester area. They have found they are serving many of the same families, and that by working together, they can do more.

Current State of the Partnership:
- Formal partnership agreements have been formed
- There is support from all three boards
- A steering committee for a capital campaign is currently being formed
- A feasibility study has been completed
- Head Start and Migrant Head Start are applying for federal grant dollars
- Community support is being generated
- Expanded project partnerships are being explore
